We learned through experience that building a sustainable e-commerce operation in the European market involves far more than listing products: it requires a substantial legal, financial and logistics infrastructure behind it.

We are two entrepreneurs who trade under our own brands in the European market and have personally established and managed our Netherlands-based company and logistics infrastructure. We have now transformed the system we built to overcome bureaucratic barriers, complex tax regulations and logistical challenges into a turnkey service for Turkish SMEs and e-commerce sellers seeking to enter the European market.

With extensive academic and practical expertise in employment law, banking, financial law and EU regulatory compliance, he safeguards the legal interests of Turkish brands in Europe. Through the Authorised Representative (AR) services he provides at Yashim Global Trade Logistics B.V., he comprehensively manages relations with market surveillance authorities and compliance with EU regulations.

Yasin Erdem
Managing Director / Co-Founder

A graduate of Hacettepe University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Yasin Erdem combines his theoretical background with hands-on experience gained at the heart of commerce since childhood. He has personally managed physical and digital business revenues across a broad range of sectors, from wholesale fruit and vegetable trading and co-founding a kindergarten chain to food and franchise management and global e-commerce operations. With a thorough command of commercial dynamics, risk management, cash flow and customer acquisition, Erdem helps brands establish themselves in Europe and rapidly achieve sales and profitability.
